No cameras showing up
Nine times out of ten, your iPad is on the wrong WiFi network.
Check your iPad's WiFi first
Your iPad has to be on the SwimClips network, not the facility's. That's the cause nine times out of ten. Open your iPad's WiFi settings and join SwimClips.
To double-check, open the Settings tab in the app: iPad to hub connection should show a green tick.
Still nothing?
Live tab → tap the antenna icon (top right) to scan for cameras. Tap OK on any pop-ups.
Check each camera cable is pushed all the way into its Hub port.
Check the Hub is plugged in and powered on.
Cameras showing but frozen
Tap the circular arrow (top right of the Live tab) to refresh the feeds.
One camera missing
Unplug that camera's cable from the Hub, plug it back in, and scan again. If it still won't show, try it in a different port.
Check your app and Hub versions
The iPad app and the Hub software are updated together, and an older Hub won't always work with a newer app. In the app's Settings tab, compare App bundled hub version with Hub version. If they don't match, that's likely the problem. Contact support and we'll get the Hub updated.

Which Hub version goes with your app
Find your app build under iPad app version in the Settings tab. Your Hub should be on the version next to it.
