Troubleshooting
No cameras showing up
Nine times out of ten, your iPad is on the wrong WiFi network.
Can't share to SwimClips Cloud
Cloud sharing needs the Hub on the internet and you logged in.
My video went to "No athlete"
Nothing's lost. Assign it to a swimmer from the No athlete folder.
My roster pasted as one long name
Each swimmer needs to be on their own line.
Can't find a video I exported
Saved videos land in Photos → Recently Saved, not at the top of your camera roll.
