Can't find a video I exported
Saved videos land in Photos → Recently Saved, not at the top of your camera roll.
Saved to Photos: look in Photos → Recently Saved, not at the top of your camera roll.
Saved as a file or ZIP: it's in the folder you picked in the Files app, on your iPad or in iCloud.
Shared through Cloud: it's in the athlete's SwimClips account, and in the email they were sent.
